The article is devoted to the analysis of wear resistance diffusion coatings, which were applied by ionic nitriding on steel 40ХН2МА. There a comparison technological efficiency results. parameters modes used in process application are presented, with list equipment and stages. authors conduct comparative chemical composition, microstructure, metallographic tribological studies. They study kinetics 40ХН2МА nitrided coatings as well provide practical recommendations use hardened samples dry friction conditions.
